Summary

Requirements
- Insatiable curiosity
- Serial problem-solving habits
- Equal parts analytical and creative thinking
- 5+ years experience in a lead product or Sr. UX/UI design role
- Proficient in industry design software (e.g. Miro, Figma, Adobe C-Suite, Google Analytics, HotJar)
Responsibilities
- Design for humans, strategically
- Work on a wide variety of projectsโfrom web applications and e-commerce experiences to mobile apps and more
- Anticipate user needs and deliver smart, beautiful solutions
- Tell stories, create narratives, and build brand relationships through digital experiences across the customer journey
- Deliver beautiful UI designs and apply existing design systems
- Evaluate the big picture while obsessing over the details
- Turn business requirements into user-friendly solutions
- Apply empathy and consider human behavior in design solutions
- Conduct UX research such as competitive/comparative audits, heuristic analysis, stakeholder interviews, design thinking workshops, and user testing
- Articulate solutions and design thinking to clients and team members
- Ideate across teams
- Take ownership and initiative
- Execute thoughtful user stories, information architecture, and taxonomy
- Digest analytics and turn it into improved experiences
- Work solo on an assignment or on pieces of a larger design puzzle with a team, or lead a team initiative
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience prototyping (Principle, Figma or any other applicable tool)
- Experience working within a scrum/agile environment
- Certified data nerd with data visualization skills
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript
- Experience in E-Commerce design
- Experience in UX content writing
- Experience with user testing tools such as Optimizely
