Senior User Experience Designer

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a user experience designer
• Experience synthesizing user feedback, and iterating on designs and prototypes until they are user-validated and engineering-ready
• Communication experience and experience working with product and technical teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
• Extensive experience with Figma components and prototyping
• Bachelor of Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions, ensuring solutions meet user needs and drive engagement
• Develop and deliver user-centered designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, aligned with business objectives
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals
• Test and refine designs through usability testing and ensure compliance with accessibility standards for inclusive experiences
• Guide other designers, foster design best practices, and contribute to the growth and development of the UX team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones
• Prior experience working in a startup
• Prior experience in designing for business workflow products
