Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of related experience OR Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare material estimates by analyzing customer requirements outlined in RFPs and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Compile costs, schedules, technical elements, and subcontractor costs in alignment with RFP specifications
• Research, analyze, and develop cost models to support proposal efforts and overall pricing strategy
• Work closely with the Operations Program Management (OPM) team to develop accurate factory labor estimates
