Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of related experience OR Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Material Estimates Preparation: Analyze customer requirements outlined in RFPs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop material estimating strategies
• Proposal Support: Compile costs, schedules, technical elements, and subcontractor costs in alignment with RFP specifications
• Data Analysis and Modeling: Research, analyze, and develop cost models to support proposal efforts and overall pricing strategy
• Factory Labor Estimates: Work closely with the Operations Program Management (OPM) team to develop accurate factory labor estimates

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Federal proposal efforts
• Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems, specifically SAP
