Summary
Join HubSpot's FP&A team as a Senior Finance Business Partner, providing strategic sales incentive support to Sales and Revenue Operations. This highly visible role involves influencing strategic sales incentive decisions, interacting with executive leaders, and building cross-functional relationships. You will leverage advanced financial modeling and insightful analysis to empower decision-making. As an incentives subject matter expert, you'll own accurate documentation of incentive structures and proactively drive growth. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Revenue Operations and Sales teams as a trusted finance advisor to provide strategic sales incentives support
- Enable execution of incentives-related business priorities while maintaining financial goals
- Engage cross functional teams to understand end-to-end processes to proactively manage incentive operational needs for reporting and payouts
- Drive financial success of all the sales incentive programs including proactively looking for opportunities and mitigating risks
- Serve as the incentives subject matter expert and own accurate documentation of incentive structures, including documentation for annual compensation plans
- Understand HubSpot’s long term objectives and priorities and bring forward ideas of business cases and financial analysis to proactively drive growth and solve business challenges
- Lead complex financial modeling and provide insights beyond numbers to enable decisions with a customer-focused mindset
- Influence operating structure and decision making framework and continue to evolve our approach of finance engagement
- Contribute to our team vision and establish goals, priorities, milestones and solicit resources and help to ensure successful execution of our team goal and business goals
- Lead with empathy and build an inclusive team environment
- Coach and support the rest of the team to develop talents and help the entire team to grow
Benefits
- Cash compensation range: 138500-221600 USD Annually
- The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles
- In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs)
- Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay
