Senior Finance Manager

Summary

The job involves managing daily financial operations and improving financial processes for a company. The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for preparing budgets, cash flow forecasts, implementing BI software, analyzing ERP systems, and conducting industry peers research. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years' experience in the finance department of big companies, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, economics, finance, or from a business school, and experience working in leading algorithmic trading companies.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in the finance department of big companies
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in law, economics, finance or from a business school
• Experience of working in leading algorithmic trading companies is a must

Responsibilities

• Preparation of budgets and cash flow forecasts
• Improvement of business analytics to deliver meaningful insights into business performance
• Implementation of BI software
• Review of existing processes to develop recommendations for improvement efforts, communication of results to senior management
• Improvement of intra-group cash flows and funds management
• Analysis of ERP systems for implementation
• Industry peers research

• Proactive style of leadership, desire to learn new things, attention to details
• Willingness to solve 'out of the box' tasks on a weekly basis
