Requirements

  • 6–8 years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development
  • Exceptional modeling and Excel skills (SQL or BI tools are a plus)
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
  • A track record of driving cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Experience in high-growth, operationally complex industries like mobility, logistics, fleet, or SaaS
  • Sharp problem-solving skills with a knack for translating complexity into actionable insight
  • Low ego, collaborative spirit, and a strong bias for action

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes
  • Own and elevate management reporting—designing dashboards and reports that surface what matters
  • Build dynamic models to forecast operating and financial outcomes (e.g., unit economics, labor efficiency, fleet utilization)
  • Partner with Ops, Product, and Growth to support capital allocation, cost control, and revenue growth
  • Support strategic transactions including fundraising, acquisitions, and partnerships
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to strengthen M&A and investment theses
  • Collaborate on valuation models, due diligence, and post-deal integration planning
  • Drive scenario planning and performance tracking to maximize deal value
  • Analyze complex challenges like pricing strategy, GTM expansion, and customer segmentation
  • Build frameworks and models to assess tradeoffs and guide executive decision-making
  • Partner across Product, Tech, and Ops to evaluate options and influence direction
  • Present clear, compelling recommendations to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus, but not a must
