Senior Financial Analyst

Summary

Join our team as a Senior Finance Analyst and oversee the financial operations of our company. This fully remote position, available to applicants in Central America and Mexico, requires leading IT forecasting and reporting, updating monthly functional reporting, and conducting headcount & PnL mapping analysis. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning, providing insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate possesses advanced English, a finance-related degree, and 2-5 years of FP&A experience. Requirements

• Advanced English level
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• At least 2-5 years of experience in FP&A team
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on IT Forecasting and reporting for Trax Group
• Update Monthly Functional Reporting allowing on time finance partnering
• Headcount & PnL mapping analysis to increase accuracy and accountability
• Oversee the financial operations of the company
• Ensure accurate financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Strategic financial planning

Preferred Qualifications

CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification
