Summary
Join Experian's North America FP&A team as a Financial Analyst Senior! You will play a key role in supporting region-wide planning functions, collaborating across segments to standardize processes. Responsibilities include managing non-technology OPEX costs, supporting month-end analysis, partnering with product teams, and managing global allocations. This fully remote position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of progressive finance experience. Ideal candidates will possess a Master's degree or CPA, along with experience in Hyperion, Microsoft Access, Power BI, and Tableau. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of progressive experience in Finance, including PnL OpEx accounts for month end cycle, forecast analysis and budget preparation
- Experience dealing with high volume of data and tied deadlines
- Promote continuous improvements in forecast accuracy, process efficiencies, and system automations
- Excel skill required; Experience of financial systems and tools including OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase and SmartView
- Critical thinking and the capability to create accurate and useful reports, and enthusiasm for translating data into relevant insight
- Interact at all levels and manage projects end-to-end and experience getting results, organizing and prioritizing deadlines
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of non-technology OPEX costs in forecasting, month end close, budget and managing and communicating savings plan with financial planning and analysis team
- Support month end, forecasting and budget analysis for non-technology costs labor recharges
- Business partnering with the department product team around multiple revenue related cost areas
- Manage global allocations from a financial perspective, including partner support with regional, corporate and central finance teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Master in Business Administration, Certified Public Accountant, other related Master degree as ideal
- Hyperion pulling data experience, Microsoft Access, Power BI and Tableau knowledge as ideal
