Summary

Join Lyra Health, a company transforming mental health care, as a Senior Financial Analyst. You will be responsible for supporting the Go-To-Market organization, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success departments. This role involves financial planning, reporting, analysis, and driving efficiency in spending. You will analyze customer acquisition costs and return on investment, and participate in projects related to commissions, LTV/CAC analysis, and corporate initiatives. This position can be based in Burlingame, CA, or remotely within the United States.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
  • 5+ years experience in FP&A or finance business partner function. Experience supporting marketing or sales organizations strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish strong rapport and partnerships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently to evaluate and solve complex problems and understand the strategic implications of business decisions
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary finance business partner to the Go-To-Market organization encompassing Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success departments
  • Support the financial planning cycle for the Go-To-Market function including annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range plan
  • Provide management reporting, variance analysis, and scenario analysis
  • Analyze the cost structure and help drive more efficient and effective spend in conjunction with Go-To-Market leadership
  • Drive improvements to reporting and analytics for Marketing & Sales spend
  • Analyze customer acquisitions costs and return on investment across departments
  • Commissions / Variable Comp and other sales compensation related analysis
  • LTV / CAC analysis
  • Corporate initiatives and reporting
  • Pricing support

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with enterprise software tools such as Pigment, Netsuite, Salesforce preferred
