Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and data analysis
  • Strong analytical skills, able to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Clear communication skills, able to present financial data to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • Proficiency in financial statement preparation and understanding of accounting principles
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage deadlines, and collaborate with remote teams
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of the companyโ€™s annual and semi-annual budgets, providing detailed forecasts and conducting variance analysis to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives
  • Own the preparation and presentation of monthly financial reports, ensuring clarity and actionable insights for managers and senior leadership. Identify key business drivers, forecast trends, and communicate performance against budget
  • Provide financial guidance to various departments, delivering in-depth analysis and recommendations to support decision-making across the organization
  • Collaborate with teams across Finance, Commercial and Product, to ensure financial alignment and provide recommendations that drive business outcomes
  • Prepare high-level, executive-ready reports and ad-hoc analysis on a wide variety of topics, including financial performance, cost optimization, and profitability improvement initiatives
  • Lead efforts to streamline financial reporting and analysis processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and accuracy across the organization
