Summary

Join Lyra Health's growing Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst and support the company's financial planning and reporting processes. This role involves partnering with various teams, including R&D and G&A, to develop annual plans and forecasts. Responsibilities include supporting the budgeting process, headcount reporting, and building financial presentations for the Board of Directors. The position offers a hybrid or fully remote work option within the United States and a competitive salary and benefits package. You will be responsible for day-to-day support and administration of Lyra’s planning system. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills and experience in FP&A.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
  • 5+ years experience in FP&A or related function
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish strong rapport and partnerships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently to evaluate and solve complex problems and understand the strategic implications of business decisions
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary finance business partner to the R&D and G&A organizations
  • Support the company’s annual budgeting process and lead financial reviews with cost center owners to develop annual plans and subsequent forecast updates
  • Partner with People and Recruiting teams to ensure accurate headcount reporting and improve internal processes
  • Day-to-day support and administration of Lyra’s planning system including report building, data reconciliation, and process improvement
  • Support consolidated headcount and expense reporting during budget, forecast, and BvA cycles
  • Assist in preparing Board of Directors and Audit Committee financial presentations
  • Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecasting, budgeting and BvA analysis
  • Work closely with accounting to ensure accuracy of results and understand any impacts to Lyra’s forecast
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting of total US benefits and payroll tax expense
  • Partnering with IT on software expense planning, including identifying potential savings opportunities
  • Long-range planning
  • Ad hoc analysis and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with enterprise software tools such as Pigment, Netsuite, Salesforce preferred
