Your responsibilities include building management reporting, tracking key metrics, analyzing financial results, supporting investment analysis, and improving data quality. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field (MBA preferred), 3-5 years of relevant experience, and advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization. You will need strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will also possess experience with SaaS healthcare companies and proficiency in SQL.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in strategic/corporate finance, investment banking/management consulting, or at a high-growth technology company
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, and experience building sophisticated, and detailed three-statement financial models
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and business performance metrics
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Advanced PowerPoint / Google Slides skills, and experience with data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams, effectively share findings and drive process improvement
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for problem-solving in a dynamic environment
  • Strong work ethic, capacity to get things done independently, and consistent performance with a sense of urgency and commitment

Responsibilities

  • Build and improve management reporting, financial modeling, and analysis that provides business insight for key decision making
  • Track key metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the health of the business
  • Analyze financial results, distill key trends, assess business risk, and communicate key messages
  • Support investment, cost analysis, and ROI assessments for strategic initiatives
  • Support the accounting close process and investor reporting requirements
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to continuously improve data quality and establish rigor in measuring and monitoring the business
  • Develop strong business partnerships by providing informed, proactive analysis and insights to enable effective decision-making and efficient resource allocation
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, and reporting efficiencies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with financial and business analysis of SaaS healthcare companies
  • Proficiency in SQL or other data querying tools
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, such as Sage Intacct, and financial planning tools
  • Experience in financial transformation and using AI tools to drive efficiencies
  • MBA
