Requirements
- Experience in healthcare finance at an MSO, DSO, PPM, or ASC—especially in fast-growth or PE-backed settings
- Strong background in acquisitions , financial integration , and multi-site operations
- Know-how in RCM , payer contracts, and reimbursement models
- Hands-on with systems like NetSuite, Intacct, Workday , or similar
Responsibilities
- Own the financials. Lead accounting, reporting, forecasting, and controls
- Drive M&A integration. Handle the finance side of deals—before, during, and after acquisition
- Boost RCM. Make billing and collections more efficient. Improve payer strategy
- Advise leadership. Turn financials into strategy for the CEO and investors
- Build for scale. Help set up systems that grow with the business

CPA a plus, but not required
