Summary

Join Automatiq's growing finance team as a Senior FP&A Analyst, reporting to the Director of FP&A. Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analyses
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of financial drivers and levers impacting the P&L
  • Assist with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Create financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to drive data-informed decisions across the business
  • Assist with month-end and quarter-end financial reporting processes
  • Support board reporting, KPI-driven business reviews, and executive leadership reports
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate business performance and growth opportunities
  • Identify financial trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial objectives align with business goals
  • Take ownership of ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with financial planning tools and business intelligence tools
  • Experience working in a high-growth, startup, or two-sided marketplace environment
