Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or FP&A
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong experience with financial modeling
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights
  • Highly energetic, intellectually curious, humble, and eager to learn
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, supporting EST hours

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Delivery teams to provide financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze revenue, margins, and operational efficiency
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, driving data-backed decision-making
  • Support pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and resource allocation for client engagements
  • Automate and optimize financial reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operations teams to support business initiatives
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support strategic projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with financial systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
