Requirements

• At least 7 years (ideally 10+ years) of experience in software development, including a minimum of 5 years in React and Typescript
• Proven track record of building and optimizing complex, high-performance web applications
• Strong proficiency in React, NextJS and TypeScript, with deep knowledge of front-end architecture and state management (e.g., Redux, zustand, React Query)
• Hands-on experience integrating with REST APIs, and working with complex or proprietary data sources
• Familiarity with front-end build tools, bundlers, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Vite, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Expertise in performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design
• High level of motivation, attention to detail, and a strong analytical mindset
• Team-player mindset with the ability to technically lead and inspire others
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus), enabling effective collaboration

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a high-performance front-end that enables our customers to create AI-driven agents for guest assistance
• Create scalable, maintainable UI architectures that support seamless agent interactions
• Champion user-centric design, ensuring an intuitive experience for hotels managing their AI-powered agents
• Develop dynamic, interactive single-page applications using React and TypeScript
• Seamlessly integrate with back-end services via REST APIs
• Optimize performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user interactions across all devices
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code following modern best practices
• Implement robust testing strategies (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to maintain reliability
• Improve build processes, CI/CD pipelines, and front-end tooling for faster, more efficient development
• Keep up with the latest front-end trends and technologies to enhance our stack
• Partner with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to craft seamless experiences
• Contribute to front-end architecture decisions, ensuring scalability and long-term maintainability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event-driven UI architectures and real-time data processing is a plus
• AI experience is a plus but not required—however, an interest in AI and large language models is highly valued
