Summary

Join Leadr, a company coaching managers to be effective leaders, as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer. You will contribute to product enhancements and new features using TypeScript-based backend and frontend technologies. This role involves working with Node.js microservices (NestJS), React, and large language models. Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional web development experience
  • 2+ years of production Typescript experience, including backend web applications
  • Experience building features and projects with Large Language Models such as OpenAI’s GPT models
  • Lessons learned with monitoring and observability, including platforms like New Relic

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to our Node.js microservices, with a focus on NestJS for new work
  • Contribute to our web client (React + Typescript) when owning smaller features full-stack
  • Participate in mentorship and code review opportunities around the team to advance our codebase and help set best practices
  • Help break down large feature work into smaller chunks for estimation and planning purposes

Preferred Qualifications

  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Production experience with NestJS
  • Familiarity with Terraform as IaC for AWS, Azure, etc
  • Familiarity with backend services in Kubernetes
  • Production experience building features and projects with LLMs
