Summary
Join Exodus, a cryptocurrency wallet company, as a Senior G&A Recruiter to help scale high-performing teams. You will build and execute targeted sourcing campaigns, act as a brand ambassador, and manage the full-cycle recruiting process. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A functions, is skilled in niche talent hunting, and is process-driven yet agile. You will collaborate with G&A leaders, track key metrics, and proactively identify areas for process improvement. Requirements
- Experienced: You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong background in hiring for G&A functions in Finance, Legal, People, and Operations
- Niche Talent Hunter: You’re confident recruiting for specialized roles. You’re skilled at navigating ambiguous, evolving role requirements and finding exceptional candidates for complex, business-critical positions
- Candidate-Centric: You treat every candidate with respect, empathy, and clarity and know that each interaction shapes our brand
- Process-Driven Yet Agile: You bring structure and rigor to your recruiting process while remaining agile in a fast-paced environment
- Storyteller & Brand Advocate: You’re able to clearly communicate the value of Exodus as a company and opportunity in a compelling way that resonates with top-tier candidates
- Organized & Adaptable: Comfortable managing multiple roles and shifting priorities while delivering consistently excellent results
- Tech-Savvy Recruiter: You use recruiting data to diagnose issues, drive improvements, and communicate impact. You’re proficient with ATS tools (Greenhouse preferred), sourcing platforms, and AI-enhanced tools like Metaview, LinkedIn Recruiter, and BrightHire
Responsibilities
- Source With Precision: Build and execute highly targeted sourcing campaigns to attract exceptional, often hard-to-find G&A talent. Use advanced search techniques to uncover qualified candidates in fintech, crypto, or high-growth startup environments
- Sell & Pitch: Act as an authentic ambassador for Exodus, effectively communicating our mission, values, and vision in ways that resonate with exceptional candidates
- Build & Maintain Niche Pipelines: Partner with G&A leadership and the People Ops team to prioritize roles and define candidate profiles. Develop high-quality pipelines for current and future hiring across G&A domains, using our ATS Greenhouse and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the end-to-end hiring process—role scoping, job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding collaboration
- Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate—regardless of outcome—has a seamless, respectful, and engaging experience at every stage of the process. Serve as a true ambassador of Exodus' mission and values
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with G&A leaders to deeply understand hiring needs, calibrate candidate profiles, build targeted strategies, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
- Drive Results with Data: Track and share key metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction) to continuously optimize our recruiting engine and show your impact
- Own Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify gaps in our recruiting process and take initiative to improve workflows, interview calibration, and candidate assessments. Challenge default approaches and implement smarter, faster ways to hire—without waiting for direction

- Parental Leave: 13 weeks of fully paid leave with and a month of flexible work for the primary caregiver. 4 weeks of paid leave if you are the child's secondary caregiver
