Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account managers and strategists to understand client goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop customized strategies for: Direct response campaigns, Retargeting campaigns, Prospecting campaigns, Video action campaigns, Brand awareness campaigns
  • Allocate and optimize budgets across campaigns, targeting, and creative assets to maximize performance
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns with a primary focus on YouTube
  • Use advanced targeting and bidding strategies to achieve client KPIs
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad formats, and CTAs to refine campaign effectiveness
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as CPV, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS, implementing data-driven improvements
  • Scale campaigns effectively, maintaining profitability and aligning with objectives
  • Dedicate 10% of budgets to testing new approaches, ad formats, and audience strategies
  • Experiment with: Emerging ad formats (e.g., YouTube Shorts and non-skippable ads), Creative messaging angles and hooks, Advanced audience targeting methods
  • Evaluate test outcomes and integrate successful strategies into active campaigns
  • Partner with video producers and creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets
  • Provide comprehensive creative briefs with actionable insights
  • Review and analyze video performance, offering feedback to enhance content effectiveness
  • Create and present detailed reports on campaign performance, trends, and actionable recommendations
  • Conduct post-campaign analyses to measure success and refine strategies
  • Share updates with internal teams and clients, highlighting opportunities for optimization
  • Oversee and strategically manage monthly ad spends exceeding $100,000 per account
  • Ensure alignment of testing budgets with overall campaign goals
  • Forecast spending needs based on performance data and industry trends
  • Act as the key liaison between account managers, analytics teams, and creative departments
  • Provide regular updates on campaign progress, challenges, and optimizations
  • Partner with clients to align on strategies, deliverables, and performance insights
  • Stay up-to-date with Google Ads and YouTube platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging tools
  • Explore new technologies and ad formats to maintain a competitive edge
  • Pursue relevant certifications and training to sharpen skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Google Ads Video Certification, Google Search Certification, and Google Analytics 4 Certification
