Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 4+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments — ideally within the SaaS/Tech industry
  • Specialization: Strong focus on Marketing and Sales Operations/Enablement recruitment, with a knack for finding the perfect fit for niche roles
  • Innovative Sourcing: You excel in using creative sourcing techniques to identify diverse and highly skilled talent, especially for hard-to-fill roles
  • Adaptability: You thrive in dynamic environments where things move fast, and you’re comfortable working with limited structure
  • Collaboration Skills: You know how to build relationships across teams, working with various stakeholders to ensure we hire the best and align with Moveworks’ values
  • Communication Mastery: Excellent interpersonal skills that help you guide both candidates and business partners through seamless recruiting processes

Responsibilities

  • Lead GTM Talent Acquisition: Be the go-to recruiter for our GTM teams, creating innovative strategies to attract top-tier talent in marketing, sales, and other key business functions
  • Partner with Leaders: Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to build strong partnerships and deliver world-class recruiting experiences, guiding them through every step of the hiring process
  • Source the Best: Utilize cutting-edge sourcing techniques and leverage your extensive network to identify, engage, and recruit top talent from across the industry
  • Build a Scalable Hiring Process: Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including compensation, HR, and finance — to streamline hiring practices that support rapid growth
  • Negotiate with Confidence: Lead negotiations on compensation packages, ensuring we attract and retain the very best candidates for senior/executive-level roles
