Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the proposal development process from start to finish, including strategy development, content creation, submission, and post-submission activities
  • Analyze government solicitation documents and provide guidance on compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create tailored responses that meet government standards and objectives
  • Coordinate and manage proposal schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines
  • Review and edit proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and quality
  • Prepare and facilitate proposal kick-off meetings, strategy sessions, and debriefs
  • Stay updated on government contracting trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within government agencies
  • Support business development efforts through research and analysis of potential opportunities
