Summary

Join HCRC as a Senior Proposal Manager to collaborate with the executive team in securing federal contracts. Responsible for conducting market research, developing content for proposal sections, and managing capture activities. Requirements

Ability to conceptualize a winning vision, develop a comprehensive capture plan to implement the vision, and adapt the plan as the procurement process evolves
Management of all Capture activities and the Capture team to align with the company's strategic objectives
Demonstrated expertise in Capture management, respected industry leadership, and confidence in planning and executing successful Capture efforts
Proficiency in leading diverse and geographically dispersed teams during demanding proposal schedules
Understanding of Government customers' needs and objectives in relation to proposal evaluation, with strong written and verbal communication skills to convey the capture plan and status across the team and management
Exceptional time management abilities
Identification, research, and qualification of potential teaming partners, subcontractors, and consultants to enhance the team's capabilities
Representation of the company's interests in the marketplace and with customers

Responsibilities

Conduct research using internal and external resources, analyze Government documents (RFPs, SOWs, PWSs, SOOs, and Attachments), develop outlines and content to articulate company strategy and vision, adapt content as needed throughout the procurement process, participate in all color reviews, and revise sections as necessary
Demonstrate respected leadership, extensive proposal development experience, strong teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Interpret Government customers' requirements and objectives concerning proposal evaluation

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in responding to the needs and objectives of DoD customers in proposal development roles
