Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Strong conceptual thinking and proven ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual content
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, and color theory
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices
• Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in design and marketing

Responsibilities

• Designing Visual Assets: Create high-quality visual content for campaigns, social media, emails, banners, digital ads, and other promotional materials that align with our brand identity and marketing goals
• Develop Systems for Efficiency: Build and manage templates, tools, and asset libraries to streamline the creation of on-brand communication materials for non-designers across the organization
• Concept Development: Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing team to brainstorm, develop, and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and special promotions
• Brand Consistency: Ensure cohesive branding across all external and internal communications, maintaining a unified visual identity that resonates with target audiences and embodies the Ting brand
• Adaptability: Design for a variety of platforms including web, mobile, email, social media, and presentations, ensuring all visuals are optimized for the specific medium
• Typography and Layout: Apply a strong foundation in typography, layout, and composition to produce visually appealing designs with meticulous attention to detail
• Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, marketers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of visual and written content
• Stay Updated: Remain informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design to continually enhance the effectiveness of our marketing materials
• Accountability: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Feedback Incorporation: Proactively seek, receive, and implement feedback from key stakeholders to refine and improve design concepts
• Cross-Functional Support: Provide design support for internal teams to fulfill company-branded content needs
• Champion Diversity: Advocate for diversity, inclusion, and innovation in all aspects of visual communication and brand development
• Front-End Design and Development: Develop and maintain landing pages and other marketing initiatives on Webflow and HubSpot, ensuring consistency with branding and overall design strategies
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience is preferred, ideally in a fast-paced marketing or advertising environment
• Experience with front-end design and development is preferred
• Proficiency with Generative AI is a plus

Benefits

• The base annual salary range for this position is $71,500 $81,200. Range shown in $CAD for Canadian residents. Other countries will differ. Range may vary on a number of factors including, but not limited to: location, experience and qualifications
