Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role
• Experience working in fast-paced companies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent level of English, both written and spoken. Candidates applying to positions at Kenz must also have a proficient command of Arabic (Levant/Gulf accents)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with a team
• Capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Result-driven, proactive, self-motivated, and a team player
• Wide experience in digital production, including e-commerce, UI, and apps
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma with at least 3 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Enhance all design projects, overseeing them from conceptualization to final delivery
• Collaborate on a diverse range of design assets, including E-mails, store banners, social media content, landing pages, packaging, and more
• Meticulously attend to details and strive for perfection
• Utilize graphic design software to refine images, fonts, and layouts
• Apply problem-solving skills and a comprehensive set of design solutions to collaborate effectively with the creative team across various media platforms
• Generate innovative ideas to convey concepts and promote products/services effectively
• Optimize user experience in digital products, prioritizing ease of use and functionality
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing projects
• Maintain open communication with marketing and design teams to meet project deadlines
• Stay current with industry advancements and utilize the latest tools and techniques
