Summary
Join DoubleVerify (DV) as a Senior Group Director, Enterprise Sales - Rockerbox, spearheading revenue growth to mid 8-figure revenues. This leadership role involves creating and executing a sales vision, managing a high-performing sales team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will develop and implement sales strategies, manage the sales process, and provide accurate sales forecasts. The role requires proven sales leadership in SaaS, particularly in adtech or martech, with a successful track record of scaling net new revenue. You will build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, driving a high-performance culture. This is a pivotal role in shaping DV's future in the marketing measurement space.
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales leadership within SaaS, specifically in the adtech or martech sectors
- Demonstrated success scaling net new revenue to achieve ARR growth from low 8-figures to mid-high 8-figures
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and growing a sales team
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset, with an ability to analyze and leverage sales metrics to drive decision-making
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to drive growth to mid 8 figure ARR, including pricing, packaging, and positioning of products in the market
- Identify and respond to changing market trends and competitive pressures
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and strategies for market expansion
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale involvement
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team
- Regularly conduct sales training and development initiatives to enhance team skills and performance
- Establish and monitor key sales performance metrics (KPIs)
- Implement effective reporting and forecasting tools to ensure transparency and accountability
- Work closely with the Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to align strategies and optimize customer experience
- Engage in product development discussions to provide valuable sales insights
- Utilize and integrate appropriate sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) to streamline sales processes
- Oversee the distribution of leads and accounts to maximize team potential and market coverage
