Senior Group Product Manager, Growth

Summary

Join Kraken's Growth team as a Senior Group Product Manager and lead the charge in acquiring new clients. This key role blends management and individual contribution, overseeing multiple teams focused on CRO, ASO, SEO, website optimization, and new channels. You will design and execute strategies to boost website and app store traffic and conversion rates. A passion for experimentation and data-driven decision-making is essential. This fully remote position requires extensive experience in product management, growth strategies, and working with marketing teams at scale.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of product management experience, including time as both an individual contributor Product Manager and a People Manager
• Experience working in growth teams for companies at scale (over 1M clients)
• Experience working with Marketing teams directly
• Expertise in new client growth - experience with Websites, App Store, Adtech and more
• Experience in data gathering, quantitative analysis, and the ability to translate these into actionable strategies
• Love for AB testing and experimentation
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience in interacting and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Deep understanding of project management principles and best practices

Responsibilities

• Lead our Acquire group with 3 cross-functional teams responsible for CRO, ASO, SEO, our Logged Out Website, and New Channels
• Directly Product Manage one team as we expand into new channels/strategies
• Design and execute a strategy for how to grow traffic to our website and app store, as well as, how to convert users at a higher rate
• Be a champion of experimentation and design thinking - leading by example, running tons of experiments and iterating to increase our chances of making an even bigger impact
• Live and breathe our client data to understand user behaviors, extract insights, and build better hypotheses
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product acquisition and marketing
