Summary
Join SimplePractice as a Senior Product Manager to lead growth and onboarding, driving new user acquisition and improving the trial and onboarding experiences for new customers. You will collaborate with Marketing and CS teams, leveraging analytical skills and product expertise to develop and implement strategies that optimize the product for growth. Responsibilities include owning the product growth roadmap, leading with data and empathy to make data-driven decisions, understanding customer needs and market trends, and thinking holistically about the customer journey. Requirements
- Growth experience - You have experience in product led growth, growth hacking and optimization. Youβve worked on growth projects before and successfully employed different strategies to grow product adoption
- Product management experience - 4+ years of direct product management experience delivering successful products
- Strategic - you can craft a coherent product vision, multi-year strategy and quarterly roadmap while also getting buy in from various stakeholders
- Data-savvy - youβre fluent in getting the data you need, interpreting it to make insightful recommendations, while also being able to set ambitious and clear metric goals for the team
- Scrappy - someone who can work through the challenges of shorter term resource constraints while helping to build the business case for further long term investments
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Own and drive forward the product growth roadmap that drives towards key outcomes including meeting revenue goals as well as an excellent experience for new customers
- Lead with data and empathy. You'll gather user insights, analyze A/B tests, and make data-driven decisions that ensure continued product-led growth
- Understand customer needs and market trends, and use that knowledge to inform product development decisions
- Think holistically across the end to end journey of a new SimplePractice customer to develop a strategy for our different segments, addressing friction points, and determining how to better engage new customers
- Move fast through an experimentation mindset while also building long term impact towards improving our conversion funnel
