You will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing programs to drive business growth. This role requires a data-driven approach, combining creativity and analytics to manage the entire marketing funnel. You will leverage marketing automation platforms, oversee paid acquisition campaigns, run conversion experiments, and collaborate cross-functionally. Requirements

  • Experience – 4–6 years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech
  • Skills – Proficiency in paid media platforms, SEO best practices, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, HubSpot)
  • Mindset – Data-driven decision maker with a bias for action, a test-and-learn mentality, and strong creative instincts
  • Results – Proven track record of driving measurable growth and improving conversion metrics across the funnel

Responsibilities

  • Own Growth Strategy – Develop and execute a holistic growth plan spanning paid, organic, and partnership channels to meet pipeline and revenue targets
  • Leverage Marketing Automation – Use HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead and similar platforms to build cold outreach and nurture flows that move prospects through the funnel
  • Manage Paid Acquisition – Oversee campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels; continuously optimize for CAC, ROAS, and lead quality
  • Run Conversion Experiments – Partner with engineering to design and test landing pages, CTAs, and lead capture flows to maximize conversion rates
  • Analyze & Optimize – Track KPIs, generate insights, and iterate quickly to improve performance
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with product marketing, field marketing, and sales to align campaigns with business priorities
