You will be the first dedicated Growth PM, collaborating across various teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates. You will own the end-to-end lead capture experience, develop lead scoring models, and collaborate with marketing and engineering teams. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management
  • 3+ years in Growth Product Management, with experience in lead generation, CRO, or funnel optimization - preferably in SaaS or marketplace platforms
  • Strong grasp of conversion optimization principles, including experiment design, A/B tests, and behavioral analytics
  • Data-obsessed; comfortable defining metrics, analyzing experiment results, and balancing short-term performance with long-term product vision
  • Excellent collaborator with the ability to drive alignment across product, engineering, marketing, and client success teams
  • Proven ability to prioritize and execute growth experiments that drive measurable improvements
  • Inclination to obsess over customer experience and deeply understand their goals, pains, and motivations
  • Big thinker, able to start small; develop bold product visions, but break them into iterative, measurable steps

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lead capture and qualification experience across Luxury Presence websites and paid campaigns
  • Develop and test strategies for lead capture form optimization, progressive profiling, and data enrichment to drive higher-intent leads
  • Drive conversion rate optimization through rapid A/B testing, funnel analysis, and cross-channel experiments
  • Develop and implement lead scoring models that drive higher-intent conversions and improve handoffs to agents
  • Run data-driven experiments to improve conversion rates, reduce friction, and increase marketing ROI across all acquisition channels
  • Collaborate with marketing and paid media teams to refine landing pages, messaging, and targeting strategies
  • Partner with engineering to build an AI-driven lead nurturing solution that engages and qualifies leads on-site
  • Establish growth experimentation frameworks, prioritizing high-impact tests across SEO, paid media, and organic channels
  • Work cross-functionally to automate lead management, integrating with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Define and track lead quality and conversion metrics, ensuring alignment across product, marketing, and sales

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in PropTech, real estate, or lead generation platforms
  • Prior experience building AI or data-driven lead management tools
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and lead hand-off processes between marketing and sales
  • Background in product-led growth (PLG) strategies, including funnel instrumentation, onboarding optimization, and retention experiments
  • Exceptional communication and demonstrated leadership experience, enabling effective mentorship and cross-functional alignment
  • Experience with AI-powered engagement products (chat, bots, interactive lead enrichment/suppression tools) is a strong plus
