Join Smartcat, a rapidly growing Series C company, as a Senior Product Manager to lead Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Product-Led Sales (PLS) initiatives. You will own the strategy and execution of the growth-focused product roadmap, increasing product adoption, conversion, and expansion. Within three months, you will define a product roadmap, understand key use cases and acquisition funnels, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop new features. This role requires strong product management experience in B2B SaaS, a data-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management working in B2B SaaS companies, with a strong focus on growth, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results through product-led growth or product-led sales initiatives
- Experience working in a highly intense startup environment, requiring extreme focus, a sense of urgency, and persistence to break through
- Expertise in growth frameworks, funnel optimization, and experimentation methodologies
- Deep understanding of customer behavior, segmentation, and user activation strategies
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Hands-on familiarity with SQL is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams

Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution of our growth-focused product roadmap, working to increase product adoption, conversion, and expansion
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align growth strategies across the organization
- Leveraging insights from analytics, customer behavior, and market trends, define and execute initiatives that deliver measurable business impact
- Have a product roadmap defined for the next quarter for the technical areas of the product you're responsible for, and own this roadmap and delivery schedule further
- Familiarize yourself with different use cases our platform supports, acquisition funnels, and understand the problems that matter the most. Together with the BI analyst, you will own dashboards to track your KPIs, as well as monitor other data sources and feedback channels, to inform your next steps and rapidly iterate to improve the product
- Together with the designer and the team lead of a dedicated engineering team, you will own a process of developing new features, conducting customer interviews and ensuring proper execution with the engineering teams
- Together with the Head of Growth, you will align on the product strategy, get a solid understanding of how our product works, and establish a reliable product discovery & execution process
