Summary

Join Rubrik as a Sr. GSI Client Executive and drive unprecedented growth with select Global Systems Integrators. You will manage global partnerships, focusing on service creation, enablement, cost models, financial selling, and business negotiations. This leadership role demands open communication and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. Success requires proven experience partnering with GSIs like HCL, LTI, TechMahindra, and Infosys, and navigating internal departments to advocate for partners and programs. You will develop and execute account strategies, partner metrics, and business plans, building lasting relationships with partners and sales teams. The position is based in the United Kingdom and offers remote work with 50%+ travel.

Requirements

  • Successfully partner with Global GSIs – including but not limited to HCL, LTI, TechMahindra, Infosys
  • Manage Global Systems integrators; with specific experience in service creation, enablement, cost models, financial selling, contractual and business negotiations
  • Navigate and accelerate the partner’s adoption of product solutions and subsequent bookings
  • Navigate and advocate for the partner and program across multiple internal departments; including, Product Management, Product Marketing, Operations, Technology Alliances, Support, Professional Services, Training, Sales Ops and Legal
  • Build exemplary relationships, driving lasting relationships of mutual value with partners and sales team
  • Build a positive ecosystem with OEMS and ISVs (Inc. Microsoft, AWS)
  • Location: United Kingdom (Remote)
  • Travel 50%+

Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive unprecedented growth with select Global Systems Integrators
  • Manage Global partnerships, including service creation, enablement, cost models, financial selling, and business negotiations
  • Lead from the front, communicate openly, and set the example of a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Develop and execute an account strategy, partner metrics (KPI’s), and business plan

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of public cloud, storage and backup technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
  • Experience using salesforce.com
  • Knowledge of industry sales processes
