Summary

Join Rubrik as a Sr. GSI Client Executive and drive significant growth with key Global Systems Integrators. You will leverage your expertise in managing global partnerships, service creation, and financial negotiations to build lasting relationships and achieve profitable outcomes. This role requires a proven track record of success in managing GSIs, navigating internal departments, and developing effective account strategies. The position is based in the United Kingdom and offers remote work flexibility with approximately 50% travel. You will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies, partner metrics, and business plans, while building a positive ecosystem with OEMs and ISVs. This is an opportunity to contribute to Rubrik's mission of securing the world's data.

Requirements

  • Successful experience partnering Global GSIs – including but not limited to Kyndryl, DXC, Fujitsu, Atos
  • Successful experience in service offer creation
  • Proven track record of managing Global Systems integrators; with specific experience in service creation, enablement, cost models, financial selling, contractual and business negotiations
  • Ability to navigate and accelerate the partner’s adoption of product solutions and subsequent bookings
  • Proven ability to navigate and advocate for the partner and program across multiple internal departments; including, Product Management, Product Marketing, Operations, Technology Alliances, Support, Professional Services, Training, Sales Ops and Legal
  • Develop and execute an account strategy, partner metrics (KPI’s), and business plan
  • Exemplary relationship building skills, with proven ability to drive lasting relationships of mutual value with partners and sales team
  • Ability to build a positive ecosystem with OEMS and ISVs (Inc. Microsoft, AWS)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive unprecedented growth with select Global Systems Integrators
  • Lead from the front, communicate openly, and set the example of a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Navigate and accelerate the partner’s adoption of product solutions and subsequent bookings
  • Navigate and advocate for the partner and program across multiple internal departments; including, Product Management, Product Marketing, Operations, Technology Alliances, Support, Professional Services, Training, Sales Ops and Legal
  • Develop and execute an account strategy, partner metrics (KPI’s), and business plan
  • Build a positive ecosystem with OEMS and ISVs (Inc. Microsoft, AWS)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of public cloud, storage and backup technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
  • Experience using salesforce.com
  • Knowledge of industry sales processes
