Senior GSI Executive

Summary

Join Rubrik as a Sr. GSI Client Executive and drive significant growth with key Global Systems Integrators (GSIs). You will leverage your expertise in managing global partnerships, including service creation, enablement, cost models, financial selling, and business negotiations. This leadership role demands strong communication and collaboration skills to foster a positive work environment. The position requires navigating internal departments and advocating for partners and programs. You will develop and execute account strategies, partner metrics, and business plans, building lasting relationships with partners and sales teams. The role is based in the United Kingdom and is remote, with approximately 50% travel.

Requirements

• Successfully partner with Global GSIs, including Accenture, Deloitte, EY, etc
• Manage Global Systems Integrators with experience in service creation, enablement, cost models, financial selling, contractual and business negotiations
• Navigate and accelerate the partner’s adoption of product solutions and subsequent bookings
• Navigate and advocate for the partner and program across multiple internal departments (Product Management, Product Marketing, Operations, Technology Alliances, Support, Professional Services, Training, Sales Ops, and Legal)
• Build exemplary relationships, driving lasting relationships of mutual value with partners and the sales team
• Build a positive ecosystem with OEMs and ISVs (including Microsoft, AWS)
• Location: United Kingdom (Remote)
• Travel 50%+

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive unprecedented growth with select Global Systems Integrators
• Develop and execute an account strategy, partner metrics (KPIs), and business plan

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of public cloud, storage and backup technologies
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
• Experience using salesforce.com
• Knowledge of industry sales processes
