Requirements

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on roles in sales, customer success, or marketing, preferably at SaaS companies
  • A knack for moving quickly without ever missing critical details or losing sight of quality
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional candidate experiences, fostering trust, and ensuring transparency
  • Adept at filling roles quickly and effectively, balancing urgency with thoughtful decision-making
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to partner seamlessly with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Capable of building and executing innovative hiring strategies tailored to Postman’s unique needs
  • Thrives in dynamic, ambiguous environments and excels at prioritizing and pivoting as needed

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers across the GTM organization to deeply understand their needs and develop customized recruitment strategies
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and closing
  • Source, identify, and engage top-tier talent for roles in product marketing, sales, and customer success using a variety of creative sourcing methods
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey, acting as a trusted guide and advocate
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing efficient processes, keeping recruitment workflows organized, and maintaining high data integrity in our ATS
  • Analyze hiring metrics and provide insights to optimize the recruiting process and inform strategic decisions
  • Stay informed about market trends, especially within SaaS and GTM functions, to ensure competitive hiring practices and proactive talent engagement
