Senior Hardware Recruiter

Summary

Join Red Cell Partners Talent as a Senior 1099 Recruiter for a remote, contract position! This role focuses on recruiting top-tier talent for hardware roles within our power engineering startup incubation. The contract is initially for 3 months, with potential extension. You will source and recruit candidates for semiconductor hardware engineering positions, utilizing various recruiting tools and strategies. The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years specializing in hardware roles. This is a part-time opportunity (up to 20 hours per week) with an hourly rate of $65.00-$85.00.

Requirements

• 10 + years of experience working in recruiting, 5+ years specializing in hardware related roles
• Proven experience recruiting for hardware and power engineering roles
• Strong network within the power engineering and hardware development communities
• Excellent service in candidate and hiring manager experience
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit exceptional candidates for semiconductor hardware engineering positions in the Power Management Integrated Circuit sector located or able to relocate to Torrance, CA
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and GoodTime to effectively work with hiring managers and the recruiting team
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies for specialized technical roles
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Provide weekly updates on recruiting progress and market insights
