Summary
Join Twin Health as their Director of Health Economics and prove the economic value of their programs to payers, providers, and policymakers. You will define Twinโs health economics and outcomes research strategy, publish research, refine client measurement approaches, and collaborate with key accounts. As an internal thought leader, you will create strategies to enhance client value. This hybrid role, based in NYC, requires leveraging data from diverse sources, working autonomously, and proactively identifying opportunities. Requirements
- 8-10 years of healthcare analytics experience at a health plan, provider group, consulting firm, or related healthcare vendor/entity
- Experience in leading program results discussions with payers, including executive audiences as well as technical ones
- Experience developing and executing against project plans for cross-functional efforts
- Deep understanding of Medical and/or Pharmacy claims data
- Proficient with SQL, R or other programming languages to extract, summarize, and analyze large claims data sets
- Experienced building statistical and or machine learning models
- Proficient with PowerPoint
- Ability to synthesize insights and communicate in a clear, concise, easy to understand manner
- Strong critical thinking and active listening skills to infer business needs, grasp underlying context, and translate goals to effective solutions
- Extremely detail oriented and focused on ensuring accuracy in your deliverables, as many items will be shared directly with our Senior Leadership Team, including the CEO

Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders at strategic accounts and provide regular health economics insights
- Author internal whitepapers and external-facing publications
- Quantify financial savings and clinical outcomes of Twinโs products and services using best-practice statistical methods to inform client ROI
- Refine client value proposition and corresponding collateral as it relates to Medical and Pharmacy expense reduction as well as Clinical outcomes
- Develop a claims-based dashboard ecosystem for regular monitoring of key partner outcomes
- Additional duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in health economics, public health, or pharmacoeconomics
