Requirements

  • 7+ years of health care industry experience, including 2+ years with Managed Medicaid plan
  • 5+ years of experience programming in SQL and 2+ years of experience with Python
  • Background in statistics/data science and experience with predictive modeling techniques to forecast cost, utilization, and other health outcomes
  • Expertise in study/designs statistical methods commonly used to evaluate health outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Use your analytical skills to assess clinical, operational and financial performance across all markets and help design, support, and evaluate business initiatives
  • Analyze and interpret healthcare data to identify key drivers of member engagement, cost, and utilization and generate actionable insights
  • Identify trends and outliers from performance metrics and provide root-cause analyses and build recommendations for strategic changes
  • Develop analytical plans and statistical methodologies to monitor trends at population level and systematically evaluate our clinical and financial outcomes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to help design and support clinical programs and business initiatives
