Remote Senior HR Business Partner

Summary

Join our strong HR BP Team in Munich as a HR Business Partner to collaborate with Executives and drive strategic implementation of HR-related projects.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of relevant professional experience as HR Business Partner, ideally in a fast-growing international environment
• You are a reliable partner in regard to labor law questions of your counterparts
• With your open and empathic, but at the same time hands-on personality/mentality, you are able to recognize problems before they arise and tackle them accordingly
• You act confidently, convincingly and service-oriented and are a competent contact person at eye level with employees and managers
• Ideally, you are a certificated coach/trainer and have some experience in designing and moderating workshops
• You have proven skills of owning and driving projects
• You are business fluent in English

Responsibilities

• You are a coach, mentor, proactive support, guide and consultant to your managers in all strategic and operative issues, especially when it comes to personnel issues and beyond
• Thereby, you are the first point of contact for your responsible department/manager in terms of supporting mangers to succeed in their role
• Helping them to develop their employees to be the best version of themselves
• Supporting to prepare performance reviews
• Helping your department to level up their goals as well as their strategic direction
• You create HR-relevant evaluations, analyse them independently and derive appropriate measures
• You own company-wide, HR related projects and drive their strategic implementation
• You collaborate with HR Operations in some areas and stay in constant exchange with the responsible recruiter of the department
