Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a business partner role
  • Proven experience supporting global leaders in large multinational companies (1,000+ employees)
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software
  • Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic people plans and goals aligned with business objectives, leveraging insights from business plans and data analysis
  • Assess organizational needs related to talent acquisition, performance management, and career development
  • Lead and execute organizational changes within the business unit, consulting with regional People Services team for local compliance and risk mitigation
  • Participate in accountability routines to check aligned goals and gather insights into the health of the organization, making data-driven decisions
  • Act as a central point of contact for global stakeholders and specialized HR teams (e.g., Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, L&D), facilitating two-way dialogue and collaboration
  • Attend and contribute to business mechanisms including monthly and quarterly business reviews, as well as annual planning sessions and OKR construction
  • Collaborate effectively across multiple regions to support each business unit, ensuring alignment with diverse perspectives and local nuances
  • Conduct regular 1:1s with leaders and direct reports, and actively participate in leaders’ staff meetings to stay informed and engaged
  • Facilitate clarity and action within the organization by ensuring goals, roles, and processes are clearly defined, and follow up on timelines and next steps
