Join our high-growth team as a Senior Implementation Manager to shape the future of client success function by building playbooks and processes for our new value-based EMR product.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of EMR implementation experience
• Experience working in a high-growth healthcare technology start-up
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to EMR systems
• Excellent project management skills, including ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must reside in the United States of America

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive implementation playbooks
• Lead project plans and governance structures
• Create detailed user personas and corresponding workflow maps
• Establish replicable and dynamic activation and engagement methods
• Drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Operate with data and evidence

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, computer science, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with provider value-based care workflows (HEDIS/Stars, HCC code capture, managing clinical & cost outcomes, etc.)
