Requirements

  • 12+ years of Project/Program Management experience running large worldwide complex programs in a fast-paced environment using traditional and Agile methodologies and delivering highly scalable and robust systems
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience in related field
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience managing teams, successfully resolving complex business and application problems in a timely manner
  • Demonstrated experience coaching and leading other Program Managers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships with executives and project teams, both internal and external
  • Expert knowledge of Software Implementation Methodologies
  • Provides professional and/or technical leadership in the execution of day-to-day program activities
  • At least 3 years’ experience working with Agile methodologies
  • Advanced knowledge of Project Management Software Tools, such as Microsoft Project, SmartSheets and JIRA
  • Proven record of managing large project budgets and profitability

Responsibilities

  • Manage a small subset of engagements
  • Lead N. American Program Management team to ensure customer implementation success
  • Oversee the life cycle of multiple highly complex enterprise projects and/or business initiatives with high quality delivery, under timelines while managing customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at project, program, and executive levels

Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification, ITIL or CSM are desirable
