Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in product management – preferably backend, technical or inbound product management
• Possess a comprehensive grasp of the entire product development lifecycle, including strategic planning, requirements definition, engineering, QA, and product delivery
• Adept at making swift decisions in complex scenarios, showcasing rapid learning and adaptability
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Ability to dive deep into complex problems and think strategically about solutions
• Experienced in conducting deep dive research and analysis on customer behavior, internal data points and deriving actionable insights
• Works well in a collaborative environment, contributing positively to team dynamics and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Management: You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of product development, from the initial concept ideation to model creation and eventual product release
• Conduct deep-dive research and analysis on customer behavior, internal and external tools and capabilities
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define product vision, and ensure successful delivery of product features
• Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
