Summary
Join ServiceNow as a seasoned Product Manager for our Cloud Cost Management solution, a key part of the Asset Management business unit. You will lead product execution and strategy, collaborating with Design, Engineering, and other PM leaders. This role involves defining and building capabilities for the next generation ServiceNow platform, focusing on FinOps principles to optimize cloud spend and automate operations. You will execute on a roadmap supporting customers in their FinOps journey, providing subject matter expertise, and collaborating with other ServiceNow business units. Responsibilities include informing key Cloud Cost Management capabilities strategy, determining automation features, executing the roadmap, and collaborating with various teams for go-to-market materials. You will also validate product designs and be a visible product expert.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or FinOps environments
- Experience with FinOps principles, Cloud Operations and Hyperscalers
- Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
- Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
- Deep curiosity about customer needs, along with building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
Responsibilities
- Inform the strategy of key Cloud Cost Management capabilities
- Determine Cloud Cost management automation features and capabilities required to unlock customer and business use cases
- Execute and impact the short and long-term roadmap
- Provide subject matter expertise and perspective on ServiceNow’s unique differentiators against other Cloud Spend Management solutions
- Collaborate with other ServiceNow business units on integrating capabilities with Cloud Cost Management
- Engage stakeholders on necessary inputs for product strategy & roadmap, get buy-in, manage communications, expectations and dependencies
- Validate and refine product designs/early product offerings through Design Partner Program, Product Advisory Council and with other customers directly
- Be a visible product expert, sharing best practices both internally and with customers
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field enablement, Sales and User Learning to produce go-to-market materials
- Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions
