Summary

Join Procore as a Senior Industry Consultant and support our Account Executive and Sales Engineering teams. In this collaborative role, you will leverage your technical expertise to enhance the sales process, focusing on the general contractor audience. You will assist with business process discovery, provide technical solutions, and stay abreast of industry trends. This position reports to Sales Solutions leadership and offers the flexibility of being based in any US office or remotely. Immediate start is preferred. The role involves driving platform and partner sales, educating prospects, and mitigating churn risks. You will also contribute to content creation and social media engagement.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience working within the construction OR construction tech industry
  • Experience working with Enterprise and Strategic clients to understand complex business objectives and challenges
  • Ability to coordinate across Revenue teams to guide strategy and prioritization for strategic partner needs and advancement of deals
  • Knowledge and experience in scaling processes around a Procore ecosystem, discovery, solution selling, etc
  • Passion for finding the best solution for clients with a combination of Procore and partner solutions; demonstrated success in presenting solutions alongside partners to meet client needs
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to engage in technical discussions and discovery
  • General knowledge of Procore’s API and a basic understanding of how integrations are created and managed

Responsibilities

  • Drive platform and partner sales by strategically aligning to opportunities with specific segments and audiences
  • Educate prospects on their maturity compared to peers by staying in tune with current trends related to your audience
  • Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to map business processes to show the value of the Procore platform and partners
  • Visit with clients where the account team has identified a risk of churn. You’ll visit with those clients, both in offices and job sites as you deem fit
  • Propose action plans to mitigate churn identified above using other Procore resources (IE: CSEs, SPCs, and AMs)
  • Work with the Partner team to identify, design, receive and utilize new partners and integrations strategically within opportunities
  • Support the Partner team with scoping and mapping of strategic partnerships and integrations
  • Become a Procore expert on key platform functionality such as customization, configuration options, permission management, and more
  • Visit the job sites of existing or potential partners to review their current processes and needs
  • Present discovery documentation to internal and external teams. Usually in the form of Google Slide presentations
  • Rely on your construction experience to tell stories that weave Procore’s functionality into best practices for our new and existing clients
  • Craft and post articles/videos to LinkedIn and other social media that celebrate Procore wins and product releases

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using the Procore platform is highly preferred
  • Technology evangelists with a passion for modernizing the construction industry are highly preferred

  • Base Pay Range $73 - $100 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $216,089 - $297,122
