Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in influencer marketing
• Proven track record in new lead generation
• Proficiency in CRM systems
• Excellent command of oral and written English, with outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including blogging, vlogging, and social media platforms
• Expertise in various social media platforms, primarily YouTube (Instagram, TikTok, etc., would be advantageous)
• Exceptional analytical abilities to track and optimize campaign performance
• Creativity and innovation in developing influencer marketing strategies
• High attentiveness to detail combined with proactiveness
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team, with a result-driven personality

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy
• Generate leads to onboard new influencer partners, negotiate agreements, and manage relationships
• Create content and briefs for influencers in assigned campaigns and manage influencer’s content schedules
• Monitor and control campaign budgets to achieve set KPIs, ensuring cost-effective strategies
• Contribute to refining internal processes for increased efficiency
• Stay updated on industry trends, influencer events, and news for continuous improvement
• Implement new, creative approaches and channels to influencer campaigns
• Provide support to Influencer Marketing specialist
