Requirements
- CPLP certification or a bachelorβs degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or related roles, with a focus on digital and blended learning solutions
- Proven track record of leading and executing large-scale learning projects
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia)
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual learning platforms
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive work ethic, constantly pushing themselves to learn
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast paced environments
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end instructional design process for complex learning projects
- Apply advanced instructional design theories and best practices to create learner-centric solutions
- Develop comprehensive curricula, including training modules, e-learning courses, and blended learning programs
- Create engaging and interactive learning content using modern authoring tools and technologies
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify training needs and objectives
- Translate complex technical or operational concepts into clear learning materials
- Oversee multiple instructional design projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Develop and implement assessment tools to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness
- Stay current with trends in instructional design, adult learning theories, and educational technologies
- Mentor junior instructional designers and support team professional development
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through sharing best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the healthcare, pharmaceutical industry, or contact centers is a plus
- Familiarity with data analytics tools for evaluating learning outcomes is a plus
