Summary

Join Ada, an AI customer service company, as a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager and develop impactful cross-channel campaigns supporting product launches and ABM initiatives to drive enterprise pipeline and revenue goals. You will build and execute email marketing and digital event programs, nurturing and converting enterprise prospects into sales opportunities. Leverage your strategic mindset and understanding of the enterprise customer journey to ensure effective messaging across marketing touchpoints. This role requires 6+ years of experience in integrated marketing within Enterprise SaaS, expertise with HubSpot, and strong analytical capabilities. The salary range is $109,000 to $130,000 CAD. Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven experience in integrated marketing and campaign management within Enterprise SaaS
  • Demonstrated technical expertise with HubSpot, building successful email campaigns, nurture flows and lead scoring
  • Builder mentality, with the ability to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Proven track record managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
  • Strong understanding of enterprise selling, nurturing prospects across the sales funnel
  • AI-led mindset, with experience using ChatGPT, Zapier and other AI tools to embed efficiency into everything you do
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience tracking KPIs, interpreting data, and optimizing campaign performance
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, agile environments

Responsibilities

  • Create enterprise ABM campaigns across channels, contributing to pipeline goals
  • Ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all channels and campaign touch points, strengthening brand integrity and campaign results
  • Build, manage, and optimize an effective email marketing program within HubSpot, increasing lead conversion, engagement, and review generation
  • Develop advanced email workflows and lead scoring to measurably improve lead conversion rates with industry verticals
  • Launch impactful digital events, such as webinars and other thought leadership formats
  • Identify and test new channels and opportunities to engage with enterprise buyers
  • Ensure effective tracking and reporting of campaigns to measure impact
