Requirements

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience (5+ years) working as an Integration Engineer or similar role, with a track record of successful integration projects
  • Proficiency in working with integration tools and frameworks such as Boomi, Matillion, MuleSoft, or similar
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar, and experience with scripting languages for automation
  • Proficiency in working with different databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake etc
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional, on and off-shore teams. Able to effectively present complex solutions to technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organization, across multiple cultures/geographies
  • Project management experience and the ability to lead and deliver integration projects on time and within scope

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop integration solutions that connect disparate systems, applications, and data sources
  • Ensure that integration architectures are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals
  • Analyze system requirements, data flows, and business processes to identify integration needs and potential challenges
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document integration requirements
  • Implement integration solutions using various technologies and tools, such as API management platforms, Boomi, and data integration tools
  • Ensure that integrations are properly tested and deployed
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for integration solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including performance problems, data inconsistencies, and connectivity errors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, including design specifications, implementation guides, and user manuals
  • Work closely with other engineers, developers, and DT teams to ensure that integration solutions meet technical and business requirements. Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers as needed
  • Establish and enforce best practices and standards for integration development and implementation. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve integration processes
  • Lead or contribute to integration projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
