Requirements
- 3+ years experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Fulfill, etc.)
- Bachelorβs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Logistics
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience working with Chinese vendors and suppliers
- Remote work experience
Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory operations, ensuring stock levels, product movement, and storage conditions are on point
- Keep accurate records in our ERP system and reconcile any discrepancies
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders based on sales trends
- Work closely with suppliers, procurement teams, and logistics partners to prevent delays
- Generate regular reports on stock turnover, slow-moving inventory, and out-of-stock risks
- Suggest and implement improvements to our inventory management systems
- Collaborate with procurement, warehousing, and sales teams to streamline operations
- Work with suppliers and logistics to address supply chain issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with eCommerce or electronics companies
- An engineering background
- Supply chain experience
