Summary

Join Axonius's growing Finance team as a Sr. Manager, Accounting! This position requires 10+ years of experience in finance/accounting, including managerial experience, and a strong understanding of US GAAP and local GAAP standards. A CPA certification is required.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Close collaboration with US finance leadership, primarily based on the West Coast, is required
  • Strong understanding of local US GAAP and local GAAP standards
  • Experience in a high-tech, multinational SaaS company is required
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite and advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledgeable in accounting, taxation, and annual reports
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving attitude, and ability to carry out tasks autonomously
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA certification required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the financial operations of the International subsidiaries, including reporting, compliance, and accounting functions
  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for international entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant accounting standards (US GAAP and local GAAP)
  • Collaborate with global finance teams on consolidated reporting, best practices, consistency and intercompany transactions
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities, including supporting interim and annual audits
  • Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, and withholding tax filings
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and scalability
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement efficient workflow processes by streamlining accounting procedures and automation initiatives
  • Coordinate and oversee the preparation of statutory financial accounts and tax audits
  • Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and management reports to support strategic decision-making
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
